Everything! Clare is a great host, the location is stunning and the room was superb. This is a working farm and family home, we felt very welcome and would have liked to have found it earlier in our holiday.

Beautiful picturesque scenery from the bedroom window matched the accommodating owners. The calm exterior did not show the hard work which obviously is going on. Lambing in full swing and the arrival of the first calf did not faze or alter the attention to our wonderful stay and excellent full cooked breakfast every day

What a fantastic place to stay, quiet and peaceful. We had a very warm welcome and made to feel like part of the family,home from home.Very clean, very cosy, good selection of teas and coffees even had hot chocolate and mini marshmallows. Over the last 6 years we have stayed in alot of B&Bs and this one has been by far the best, we will definitely be returning. The breakfast was top notch, full English and a nice selection of cereals, fruit, yoghurts, toast with jams etc. Would highly recommend.

Breakfast was excellent. Room was quiet and comfortable - a little chilly to begin with.
