Very weak WiFi

Claire is a brilliant host, going out of her way to make our stay comfortable and enjoyable. Catering for gluten free and veggie breakfast was excellent. The room was comfortable and spotlessly clean.

Property was very nice and clean . Made us feel welcoming and cosy .

There is nothing what we didn’t like . If you understand that farm b&b is not a hotel and you are country side lover - this place is perfection.

Clare, the host, was warm, friendly and very helpful. She stayed up late until I arrived at 11:30pm! The room and facilities were first class. Splendid full English breakfast and Clare even made me a packed lunch to ensure I climbed to the top of Scafell Pike!

My only disappointment had nothing to do with Rainors Farm; my SatNav was unable to pinpoint the farmhouse and took me down a couple of steep, narrow dirt tracks! So, my advice to other guests is to look out for the Farm signage when you get close to the location. Also, the front door required a special technique before it would open!

Perfect location for exploring the Lakes, super friendly host, clean, comfortable room, fantastic breakfast. A few minutes drive to Wast Water and another 10 mins to the start of the Scafell hike. We were planning to just walk along the lake but the weather was fantastic (clear sky in October!!!) so we added the hike to the top of Scafell. The farm is very quiet and Clare was very helpful. We'll be back.

Nice quiet location very friendly

Nice environment, close encounter with the sheep. The host Claire was extremely welcoming and generous. The place is very clean (clearer than many homes!) and the hot water shower facilities are excellent.

Can't think of any. The day we arrived it was very sunny, so cannot even blame the weather!
