Handy location for walks. Not too far out of Hokitika. Very good breakfast each morning. Friendly, helpful hosts. Gorgeous dog.

"Wonderful people, dog and location!"

Sue, Denny and Boz are wonderful hosts! Very friendly and helpful, great to chat with. Boz is an older dog but acts like a bouncy little puppy! The room had all the basic amenities; fridge, tea, coffee, cups, etc. Thw location is nice and peaceful outside of town, about a 15 minute drive to Hokitika beach and town center. Lovely property!

The beds/bedding were a little uncomfortable.

The breakfast had choices, toast, eggs, cereals, fruit, yoghurt, good hot coffee or tea. The area was quiet.

A map of the area e.g. town map, would have been a benefit.

The warm welcome and beautiful location. Susan, Den & Boz are lovely hosts in a perfect setting! It was a fabulous weekend away, and we will definitely be back. Being able to have our dog with us, who was also made equally welcome, is a real bonus too! Thank you 😊
