Great welcome from Boz the dog and our hosts. Warm and friendly. Good breakfast, plunger coffee, egg, toast, cereal, yoghurt, fruit. Lots of helpful recommendations.

"Home away from home"

A wonderful little stay. Susan and Den are such lovely welcoming hosts and Boz is a wonderful furry friend who loves to play. Room was nice and comfy and the breakfast was lovely - both the food and the company just chatting around the table. Close enough to town for ease of access but far enough for some peace and quiet. Within walking distance of the treetops walk which is nice. Overall a great accommodation but it’s the hosts (including Boz) that make into a wonderful experience. Would definitely love to return one day.

"My favourite spot in NZ."

These were our best 2 nights in NZ. Lovely people who own the apartments. We wanted to stay longer but it was already booked. It is very close to the West Coast trail - just perfect for hikers and bikers,. Hokitika is also very nice town with good restaurants and coffees. We hope to be back soon.

Excellent "last mile" instructions. Susan & Den were great hosts - welcoming, informative, happy to chat over breakfast sharing ideas & recommendations. The accommodation was great Breakfast was good, and just right. Not forgetting Boz!
