Our unit was very comfy. Breakfast was basic but good. What we enjoyed most was Boz, their dog. A real asset to the property!

Nothing

Everything. Over advertised. Undelivered. Bad hosts. Unreasonable. Cob webs in bathroom. Room incredibly small, no amenities at all. No phone signal no wifi no anything to try and book an attraction or anything. Pictures are of main house. Don’t show in detail that you’re staying in a small cabin type room. Wall you share with a joining second room is also thin as hell. Just an extremely bad experience. We paid 330 for 2 nights and just not worth the money whatsoever. I feel it’s a complete rip off considering what you get in hokitika township for the same money.
