The host was friendly all the time.

My stay was wonderful! The room included air conditioning and a hot shower. The breakfast was great every morning and the staff is the best in Kigali! The evening talks with the owner and other visitors makes a difference from other hotels in the area. I highly recommend this place and will be staying again!

My partner and I made a reservation to stay at Ikaze for two nights before traveling west to Gisenyi. We had messaged Ikaze weeks before our arrival to confirm our reservation and confirm that we would be arriving between 2am-3am (the flights land in Kigali very late). Additionally, we had messaged Ikaze on WhatsApp to organize for a taxi from the airport to the accommodations, and they had confirmed. Upon arrival at the airport, we didn't see a driver so we called Ikaze and Ikaze told us that they had forgotten about our booking and didn't have a room available for us. We had to spend the next two hours (at 3am) driving around Kigali in the hopes to find an alternative place to stay. We were incredibly disappointed, especially given that we had been in communication on multiple occasions to confirm our booking prior to our arrival. This was very unprofessional.

Incredibly friendly staff, and overall cleanliness and comfort. It was great.

It required some longer car rides to airport and museum, but nothing excesive.

breakfast was very good, location was calm, quiet , clean and very nice, the service and staff are good too, very welcoming and caring people, thank you, I will definitely come back.

the room are very good, just remember to put a mop or something can be used once you step into water on floor in bathroom, other wise everything was good.

The tenant was so lovely and the place is very clean. Best place if you are to get a flight ✈️ next day. The place is close to the airport
