Beautiful and a lovely warm welcome. Amazing location with stunning views of the bay. Spotless in and out decor very tasteful and rooms large and well thought out. Every need anticipated. Superb breakfast - felt so welcome and spoiled. Patrick & Mary Claire are exceptional hosts.

Our second time at The Hamptons was as pleasant as our first time two years ago. It's a very nice, comfortable and quiet B&B. We highly recommend The Hamptons. It will be a much appriciated experience.

Wow — we felt SO comfortable here! We honestly don’t think we’ve ever stayed with kinder or more open-hearted hosts. Everything was just wonderful: the conversations, the atmosphere, and the room itself — spotlessly clean with an amazing view! It’s the perfect place for couples who want to spend a few days in Kaikoura (we sadly only stayed one night, but we wish we had stayed longer!). A huge thank you to our hosts for their warmth and hospitality — we truly appreciated it! 🌿✨

Just beautiful … everything you need and a fabulous spot. The accommodation was stylish and comfortable. Our host were just lovely. Breakfast was delicious.

This one ticked all the boxes with the convenient location right on the waterfront looking out over the bay, charming host who prepared a nourishing continental breakfast with boiled egg and fresh fruit toast and jams which gave us a really good start of the day ; the apartment was the 1st to be serviced daily of any accommodations that we have run into in New Zealand which gives a 10+ score, the bed gave us a blissful sleep and really there is nothing to fault about this property. For an added bonus, you can take a stroll around Patrick’s garden and you if you ask very nicely you might be able to have a raspberry or two which they serve for breakfast as well as other fresh fruits when they are in season. Nothing was too much if you had something to ask of his lovely wife Marie Claire. I really excellent choice for us. Rosalind and Wayne -Australia

There was nothing to dislike about this whatsoever- if you have time, try a movie at the restored art deco cinema -well worth it
