"Wonderful, scenic location."

The views and the tranquility. Comfy seating to read or watch TV. Walk in shower. All the homely touches and sea related artefacts.

No microwave or proper kitchen sink.

"Great Place to Stay."

The host was very nice and showed us around the rooms. The decorating was really well done and the kitchen was well stocked with supplies. The room is very quiet and has nice views. We would definitely stay here again if we were in the area.

We liked virtually everything. One suggestion... I would put a curtain in the long skinny window in the bathroom. You are out in the country and it is very private, but a curtain might be appreciated by some.

Location a bit further out from town but makes up for it with great views to the snow capped mountains and the sea. Also love the rural vibes.

"Perfect place to stay short distance from Kaikoura"

Beautiful place with a personal touch by the owner. Bonnie the shy golden doodle was cute too. You can see the moon and sunrise from your bed too!
