Very comfortable pit stop on our way to Wellington. The owners were lovely and welcoming and provided great information about the town. My scrambled eggs were excellent.

The traffic was a bit noisy but was expected as it is along the highway. I didn’t have an issue and slept soundly but my partner found it hard to sleep.

Jolanda was super helpful and responsive. She left us a card and a small bottle of wine to celebrate our anniversary. She shared a great local app for trail information too. The place was lovely, clean and made us feel like at home away from home. It's quite great to stay one night after my Tongariro hike at this wonderful place before we head down South.

Very clean. Well appointed for our short stay. Bed very comfy. Lovely host. BnB easy to locate on the main road, but any road noise was minimal being at the back of the hosts home.

Jolanda greeted us and showed us the room. She gave recommendations for an evening meal and we had a chinese takeaway although there was a pub and other food outlets close by. We had a lovely breakfast cooked by Jolanda in the morning.

Perfect for a one night stop. Comfortable bed, small kitchen , tv and super shower. Really enjoyed the home cooked breakfast too.

Lovely accommodation in Taihape. Jolanda was a brilliant host and gave us all the information we needed about Taihape and where to go for dinner. A bonus was getting breakfast in the morning - bacon & eggs or porridge. Delicious.
