Building clean. Great location and plenty of parking.

Poor sound proving in bedrooms. Poor selection of cereals, fruit and bread at breakfast.

Nothing not to like from our perspective.

The staff particularly Jane were excellent and the food was very good.

The room was very small and was upstairs which made it very hard for my wife.

Right on the river, with ducks and birds flying. The food was wonderful.

The one thing was the nesspresso machine in the room which would not give up any coffee. I have never encountered a hotel coffee machine which wanted to work. Please, just give us a kettle!!

Very good....restaurant excellent

Hotel should make adjustments for variable weather. It was a cold day but no heating for towel rails or room! Restaurant was very warm...air conditioning used to cool it. We were brought an electric heater for our room and told that if heating was put on then every room in whole hotel would be on. We really missed the warm towel rail mostly. English weather is unpredictable!!!

Very nice food for breakfast and dinner.

Good location for the town without being in the middle of it. Nice outdoor area overlooking the river. Good to see the ducks on the water and the swifts flying above.
