Is away from the main busy touristy area but yet not too far about 10 mins walk to Jonker Street. Lots of eateries around that area. Collin and staff are very helpful and friendly.

The accommodation will be good if the rooms are upgraded as it very run down. Aircon takes a long time to cool down.

Breakfast was amazing. Loved the food and host was super friendly. Location is amazing, walkable distance from jonker street and other sites.

Check in and check out was easy, Mr. Colin is very friendly and helpful, as we were not able to reach on time, he provided us with clear check in instructions and the property was clean and so very charming. The cat was so cute.

Smell from the toilet at times, probably the drainage has some issue? But nothing too detrimental

Nice and very big room. Good breakfast for the beginning of each day. Very good food for lunch too. The host was very helpful. Walking distance to Jonker Street

The room was very noisy

old world charm at its truest, full of nostalgia and authentic charm, its like stepping back in time. Colin himself is so warm an friendly , sure the front room is full of road noise but i could look past that. The cafe onsite also served a great breakfast . Will definately stay here again.

Zero sound proof, you will hear everything on the road. Luckily the road is not so busy, no tourist trishaw. So, by 10pm you can have some peace.

The environment is so comfort! The style is good.

Soundproof and water pressure could be better. Anyways these are all acceptable for the low price.

Location. Staff. Cat on the property. Size of room. Breakfast simple but good enough to start the day. Nice traditional house.

Bathroom has no ventilation. Mattress could be more comfy. When I arrived, I wanted to sleep after an overnight flight plus a bus, and there was someone downstairs watching TV or streaming video very loud, I don't know if staff or guest, so I couldn't sleep. But after that day, the place was very quiet. The rooms are upstairs and there is a cafe downstairs, however it seemed to be closed during our stay.
