Camera spaziosa e con aria condizionata.servizi interni.molto pulito . Con il bus due siamo arriva a Venezia e ai porti comodo ed economico.

"Close to the station, good value for money"

Close to the train station (or bus station) so easy to get in Venezia from Mestre, good place, big balcony/terrace, dining room available for all people (with fridge, microwave and cutlery), was clean and had everything needed

A little difficult to get in touch with the staff (I received info for check in rapidly, but after that no response

"Goede locatie, slechte ontvangst en communicatie"

Goede locatie op loopafstand van station Mestre, makkelijk bereikbaar met de trein vanaf Venetië en terug. Ruime kamer met klein terras en gemeenschappelijke ruimte om te ontbijten (koffiezetapparaat, magnetron, etc. aanwezig).

De communicatie met het hotel verliep stroef. Ondanks het aangeven van onze inchecktijd en de mogelijkheid om tussen 12.00 en 20.00 in te checken, stonden we voor een dichte deur. De communicatie was erg slecht en op enkele vragen heb ik tot op heden geen reactie ontvangen.
