Всё очень хорошо! Месторасположение, 10 минут на автобусе до Венеции за 1,5€. Состояние номера, чистота, удобная кровать. Есть парковка.

Отличный мини отель в тихом месте. Остановка автобусная до Венеции в 5 минутах.Ехать 20 минут. Рядом Лидл.Замечательные хозяева очень приветливы.Номер очень чистый,есть все необходимое.

"Excellent garden house."

The host Cinzia and Paolo were very nice, almost always there to help. Always smiling..Serving breakfast themselves. Awesome breakfast. 4 types of croissant, cereals, biscuit packet, jam butter honey, juice, apple, banana, tea coffee all. Big room, big window, spacious bathroom , A/C. A big house with a beautiful garden. I like the blooming magnolia tree. Breakfast in the balcony while watching the garden was really nice 👌🏻. Very quite and clean neighborhood ...residential area. There is also an elevator for the first floor!! Shops and restaurants at a distance. Beautiful parks nearby, whole area is full of trees. We saw a Saturday morning market / flee market also.

Liked almost everything except the bus and tram stop is 7 to 8 minutes walk. And Venice mestre station is 15 minutes walk or by bus / tram. But as considering the B&B it can be ignored. A supermarket is 10 minutes walk.

The guests were so lovely, friendly, welcoming and really nice people. The room was super clean, comfortable, and quiet. The breakfast was really nice, with variety of choices. Parking was available on site, which was great, and local transport to Venice was easy. Overall, we really enjoyed our stay!
