"Gezellige b&b, gastvrije eigenaar. Super locatie! Rust en reuring tegelijk."

Super schoon, leuke en ideale locatie. Fijn bed, rustig ondanks dat je in een redelijk levendig stukje Utrecht zit. Hebben lekker elke avond voor gezeten op het bankje, kopie thee en mensen kijken. Ruime kamer, heerlijk met openstaande tuindeuren. Keukentje met precies hetgene wat je nodig hebt. Echt een aanrader en we komen er ook zeker weer terug!

The apartment is in a great location, and the host was very friendly and kind. The apartment has everything you might need during your stay. What impressed me the most was the attention to detail — there were even disposable toothbrushes, toothpaste, razors, cotton swabs, cotton pads, and even combs provided. I have rarely seen this level of care, even in hotels that cost several times more. I highly recommend this place and would happily stay here again.

"Ottimo appartamento curato"

Gentilissimo il proprietario, pulito e curato l'appartamento. Apprezzate le biciclette utilizzabili gratuitamente e le accortezze presenti presso l'appartamento (es. adattatori delle prese estere, spazzolini nuovi, macchinetta del caffè/bollitore/microonde, posate, ecc). Posizione leggermente esterna al centro (10 minuti a piedi dalla stazione), ma in un bellissimo contesto che consente anche di girare comodamente le campagne circostanti. Ci ritornerei assolutamente.

Dalla strada e dal giardino è possibile vedere in casa se non sono chiuse le tende, ma è la tipica casa Olandese e sono tutti così gli appartamenti.
