The top floor I think the floor is made of wood and makes a loud noise when walking.

It was great, the owner was really nice and friendly. The yard was nice to walk around and the town is quite small, so it isn't quite hard to find a place there. More importantly, it was close to a tourist street so plenty of stuff to do around.
