the location was very nice: close to the center, but not spot-on, therefore peaceful yet in walking distance everywhere; the room was okay; the bathroom amenities were awesome; the staff were polite and friendly; good parking area; it was pleasantly warm in the room so it felt quite cozy; hotel accepts animals which is very nice.

the breakfast: the menu was quite poor, the food quality and taste could've been better; the rooms were not very quite, due to creaking floorboards and I think thin walls - we could hear not only people talking but also what they were talking about, also the creaking would've woken up the dead

Very well situated close to all amenties, amazing atmosphere in historical building,friendly staff and very good breakfast

The breakfast and staff at breakfast were very nice. There was a kitchen area we were allowed to use.

The staff especially the lady on reception, who was very rude and argued with us, especially when we told her that the water was cold and the sink was blocked. We had to call the manager who sorted things out and was very nice. We don't think the price was worth it, very expensive especially given that nothing works. Yes it's an old building but the facilities can be improved. The room and shower were very small.
