Moalboal Bamboo Guest House

Everything was ok but nothing exceptional. Clean and nice hut for the price everything was ok.

You have to pay for water which costs almost nothing but it’s very annoying to always need the coins. Got constantly asked if we want to book a tour. Didn’t feel the most welcomed.

Beautiful place with very friendly and helpful staff. There were also puppies!

Moped rental was cheap and the location was perfect for us.

Will surely comeback.

We booked here since we found it very unique and very "nature" like, never been in this type of hosuing before. The place itself is very nicely decorated and the staff are super friendly and helpful. They gave us recommendations and ideas for us to visit during our Moalboal stay. Also they have many pets, and very friendly doggies that accompanied us in our stay. The area is silent so it was great to rest. They had two fans in the room so it wasn't hot at night. They have an affordable breakfast service.

The bed wasn't the best, its thin but it's expected. And since we were very tired we fell asleep right away.

We stayed only for 2 nights, but appreciate privacy, house was clean and there was mosquito net. Common area is great, a lot of animals, green hammocks and swing. Owner (I guess) is super nice and helpful.

The things that could be improved (it's not a big issue) If there will be access to kitchen and fridge that will be perfect. Water pressure was weak sometimes

The atmosphere of the bamboo houses were lovely. Very calm and AMAZING LITTLE DOGS!!! Good location with a motorbike. Very good price.

The staff were always trying to upsell. Any rude neighbours will wake you up very easily.

The Maoalboal Bamboo House exceeded our expectations!! We were immediately greeted by the bosses of the place: Yona, Chico & Bruno. These three doggies are the soul of the place. If you're a dog lover, you'll be treated with extra dog attention here :D The location was close to Moalboal city center and close to popular beaches. Make sure to stop by the local casino place less than 5min of walk from the Bamboo House. You'll be able to experience a unique game of roulette, adults & kids engage in it. The staff was very friendly and gave us nice recommendations on what to do in the area. They also rent scooters and can arrange a canyoneering trip for you. The overall ambiance of the place was very chill and it felt like you are in the middle of some secluded jungle. Thank you Bamboo House for such a nice experience!
