Dar Tozeur

This hotel was beautiful and quiet and we loved staying here among all the date palms. We had a lovely dinner by the pool, which would have been nice for swimming in warmer weather. Wish we'd had time to use the cinema room as well!

Beds were a bit hard.

The staff was exceptionally friendly and helpful with any questions we had. The room was cozy and comfortable and had a great view on the pool and garden area. It was peaceful and quiet and exactly what we were looking for.

While this is not the responsibility of the hotel, the road entrance to the hotel through the arch is very dirty and had trash scattered around it.

Love the pool and the architecture. Very convenient location

We visited the facilities end of October which is a still hot month for Tunisia. When we went to sleep we tried to switch the air condition . It was not working and when we told them , their reply was no longer we use them and open the windows . We are two women in a foreign country which not appropriate. The food and drinks were also overpriced for Tunisia na European standards

Very beautiful place and scenery , very friendly and charming staff , clean place , small breakfast but had what we needed and tasting good. Rooms looking very nice and clean. Pool 24/7 with the possibility to turn on bubbles on demand.

Quite expensive restaurant, spraying pesticides during day time, having to ring the door everytime coming from somewhere, not included Parking (had to pay extra for it),

the hotel is like a dream place. You will find peace the moment you enter inside. please do not call outside for desert tours. they provide support on the tour and the tour picks you up at the door. There is a very caring and courteous reception about everything. The housekeeping staff even folded and gathered the clothes we distributed and put them in our suitcase. We were very surprised and pleased. Thank you so much for everything. we will come to stay again

Beautiful hotel and in a good area where you can walk by foot to the center. Everything was very clean, also the pool. We were welcomed with a juice and some dates. The bed is very comfortable.

There is no staff after 10pm, which is a shame when you want to have a drink at the pool. They were very nice and we found a solution for it, but it would be more comfortable if you could order something. Also you have to tell them in the morning if you want to have dinner at the hotel.

The breakfast and dinner were good. My first room which was the Superior was okay. The King Suite with Pool View which was my second room was much better and worth paying more. The staff were helpful and welcoming especially Khouloud.

The pool, a/c, and location were great and the design/decor are fabulous. It was also clean. When ordering drinks by the pool you also receive amazing snacks. I didn’t use the spa, but it looked very inviting.

The mattress in my room sagged and made it difficult to sleep well. The breakfast was generally lacking, things were out of stock but you could not find anyone to refill or get the cook to make the menu items. I wish I had known about some of the tours available through the property before we booked our own adventures; however, you need to pay with cash versus using a credit card for those activities although offered through the hotel.

Parking is off site, but that’s because it’s in old town.
