Great breakfast, friendly hosts, very clean

Very comfortable. Emily and Joe were excellent hosts. Breakfast each morning was delicious. They went out of their way to accommodate our need to be gluten free.

Scenic location on a small working farm. The couple that own and operate it, Emily and Joe, are engaging, helpful, and very accommodating. It is their home and made us feel welcomed. Easy access to Bryce Canyon. Lovely space in their home for breakfast. Very good gourmet breakfasts but they graciously fulfilled my request for egg whites and iced coffee. Great parking.

Small but clean and comfortable bedroom. Shared refrigerator outside. Didn’t use ac because it looked very old.

We loved walking outside and watching nature all around us, plus it was very close to the places we wanted to visit in our trip through Utah.

WIFI is not as strong in all the rooms. However whenever we needed to we went close to the main house and connect from there. No biggie.

Great breakfast. Helpful regarding local restaurants. Enjoyed viewing with other guests at breakfast.

In the open floor plan home, our bedroom was upstairs above the TV room for the family where teens played video games. There was a landing outside of our room with comfy chairs and piano but I didn’t use either as I felt as if I were imposing on family life below.

It was homey and close to Bryce Canyon which is why we chose this location. Emily and Joe are such a hardworking couple and very down to earth. We enjoyed talking to them and meeting their family.

Emily was a great host! The breakfast was homemade and so yummy. We loved walking around seeing their animals on the farm.
