"Great place to stay when visiting Bryce."

Emily and were great hosts! We especially liked the delicious breakfasts each morning. The location was perfect, a few miles from Bryce. The farm atmosphere was special.

"Welcoming family farm home."

Excellent breakfast. Emily and Joe are warm and friendly. They have a working farm. Not fancy, this is a family home. Dogs, cats, chickens are around. Dogs are outside and are friendly. You can walk and see cows, horse, donkey, goats, pig. The rooms are cute and comfortable. Our room had a table. The view is not fancy, but my husband loved seeing deer in the distance out the window.

Adorable room! We had a lovely bed, nightstands, a small dresser and a small table and chairs. Plenty of clean linens, extra blankets! The separate entrance to each room was so nice- we had our own key to the room so we didn’t disturb the hosts (or vice versa). Emily and Joe were amazing. Her cooking is fantastic. We enjoyed a lovely large breakfast with coffee every morning- prepared at a time we chose!! They were incredibly accommodating and responsive. We were a 16 minute drive to Bryce Canyon and Tropic also had a wonderful pizza place! Extra bonus- they had baby goats during our stay!!

"Very enjoyable and friendly place to stay, with a really nice couple."

Breakfast was varied and delicious. the hosts were very friendly and helpful.

the wooden chairs in the room were heavy and rather uncomfortable. there was no coffee or tea making facility in the room, as is usual in most hotels and B and Bs.
