The Bridge Tavern

Clean and warm , central, quiet area. Wicklow is a beautiful town with local shops and lots of history. The Bridge Tavern was a wonderful experience .. the staff were all very helpful and friendly. we ate in the restaurant which was very reasonably priced and excellent quality too.. highly recommend staying here !!

Nothing to dislike .. warm comfortable room with a spacious bathroom. The room was bright and despite being in a corner with two streets was very quiet .. Wicklow is a quiet , peaceful town.

The heater did not go on. So sometimes the room were too cold. 26 We stayed in one room. 22. Were the heat was not on but the room was hot.

Beautiful rooms and great location. Breakfast was excellent.

There was no heating in the room and it was 40 degrees (4.5 C) outside. It was seriously like an Icebox!! Luckily there were two additional single beds in the room and we were able to use the bed covers from those too. When I mentioned this issue when checking out in the morning, the lady said one of the employees must have “flipped the switch” outside!! Why is there a Heating On/Off control switch accessible to employees? Or is there a Property procedure to “turn off” the heating for the building at night?

The room was nice and comfortable for my requirements. The breakfast was good. And staff I interacted with were very helpful and nice.

Only issue I had was the shower in the room, sometimes went off after turning on, and also I think it had an issue so the water flow wasn't great.
