Everything!!! Couldn't fault it The staff were /are amazing Friendly attentive but not standing over you The manager Kiera is exceptional, she looked after all 14 of us.... Breakfast was phenomenal and you had a choice Just can't praise this place enough..., it just made our little break away Thanks again for everything

Really friendly staff, good food, and the rooms are spacious and clean.

We only had cold water when showering late at night, which was disappointing. It seems to be a known issue, as other guests have mentioned it too. Friends of ours showered earlier in a different room and had hot water — so this definitely shouldn’t be happening. The toilet seat urgently needs to be replaced, as it is heavily worn and discolored, which detracts from the otherwise clean and nice bathroom. Also, the rooms are located in an older building and are not well insulated, so you can hear neighbors and music from the pub below. This didn’t bother us much since we expected it, but it’s something to keep in mind if you’re sensitive to noise. Overall, it felt a bit overpriced for what you get.

Lovely place, super clean and comfy rooms, right in the heart of the town. Very impressed overall.

Location was great.

Room was too small. There was an unnecessary single bed in a small double room. Food service was slow.
