Ideal location in the dales, staff / owners were really accommodating. Went out of their way to make my stay as comfortable as possible. Would really recommend and will definitely be back

The hosts Alison and Mike were really friendly, and the breakfast was excellent. Great place in the center of the village overlooking the beautiful church. Everything within a few mins walking distance. The room was huge and very clean.

"70TH BIRTHDAY TREAT FOR ME, (GAIL'S HUSBAND) THOROUGHLY ENJOYED IT. EVEN THE WEATHER PLAYED BALL!!"

QUAINT AND QUIRKY OLD BUILDING. LOTS OF HISTORY ATTACHED. ALL DESCRIBED VERY WELL IN THE GUEST BOOK. NICE QUIET VILLAGE, SURROUNDED BY STUNNING COUNTRYSIDE. WALKS CLOSE TO HAND, FROM THE VILLAGE. THE CAR DIDN'T MOVE FOR 2 DAYS!! ADDED BONUS OF THE SMALL SHOP AT THE PROPERTY. HAD A SUPERB MEAL AT THE KINGS ARMS PUB/RESTAURANT. I LIKED THE PROVISION OF COFFEE BAGS IN THE ROOM, RATHER THAN SACHETS THAT NEVER HAVE ENOUGH FLAVOUR, THANK YOU.

MAYBE A BIT MORE CHOICE ON THE VEGGIE BREAKFAST MENU? BUT NOT A DEAL BREAKER BY ANY MEANS.
