Friendly staff, clean room, comfortable bed, lovely location, nice cooked breakfast and having a shop on site. Having the option of the kitchen/lounge next door for a small extra fee.

Better choice of cereals etc. for breakfast

Lovely room , well presented ,view overlooking the church. Great breakfast , delicious and filling. Lovely hosts and very welcoming. Would highly recommend it to anyone wanting to stay in the Dales.

No complaints at all.

Large bedroom and bathroom tastefully decorated and very clean. Good breakfast with a nice selection to choose from and perfectly cooked. The hosts were perfect, friendly, but not intrusive . The option of the kitchen/lounge worked well for us, and there is also a shop on the property for all your basic needs (newspaper, milk, bread, and general groceries).There were also 3 good pubs in the village, all serving food . Lovely village and close to the town of Hawes for anyone looking for shops, restaurants, and cafes.

Although parking is free all around the village and outside the b&b, it does get busy, so you can't always get close, but there is always somewhere to park .Free WiFi, but as in all remote villages, not very good signal for phones, etc.

The room was lovely and clean, lovely bathroom with toiletries and even a make up remover cloth for the ladies, plenty of tea and coffee and they was a little fridge with fresh milk every day.also the fresh cookies were lovely touch . And the breakfast was delicious. Location fabulous for lots of walks with stunning views from every direction.

Nothing it’s was perfect

Excellent location for touring North Yorkshire. A great breakfast, comfy beds and Alison and Michael are great hosts.
