Atmosfera elegantissima: arredi antichi di pregio, dettagli curati in ogni stanza e una sensazione di casa bolognese autentica. Palazzina storica, posizione centralissima perfetta per girare a piedi. Pulizia impeccabile e grande attenzione all’ospite.

Il soggiorno è stato semplicemente impeccabile sotto ogni punto di vista. La suite è curata con una precisione straordinaria: ogni dettaglio, dai materiali scelti all’illuminazione, trasmette un senso di armonia, comfort e raffinatezza. Gli spazi sono ampi, silenziosi e perfettamente puliti, con una piacevole attenzione all’estetica e al benessere dell’ospite. La colazione è stata uno dei momenti più piacevoli: ampia scelta di prodotti freschi, dolci e salati di qualità, frutta di stagione, caffè ottimo e personale sempre sorridente e disponibile. La posizione è perfetta, centrale da permettere di raggiungere facilmente ogni punto d’interesse, ma allo stesso tempo tranquilla, il che rende il soggiorno estremamente rilassante. Ho apprezzato anche la gentilezza e la professionalità dello staff: accoglienti, presenti senza mai essere invadenti, con una sincera attenzione alle esigenze dell’ospite.

Onestamente nulla di rilevante, l’esperienza è stata impeccabile sotto ogni aspetto.

È stata un’esperienza splendida. Ugo è un host impeccabile: attento e disponibile. La suite è arredata con grande gusto, con autentici mobili d’epoca: si percepisce chiaramente la mano di un vero intenditore.

La suite mi ha veramente sorpreso con mobili e arredamento di spessore ed i letti erano comodissimi. Ritornerò sicuramente!

Our stay at this luxury apartment in Bologna exceeded every expectation. From the moment we arrived, it was clear the hosts, Daniela and Ugo had spared no expense in creating a truly exceptional experience. The design, furnishings, and attention to detail were all of the highest standard — every corner of the apartment exuded elegance and comfort. What truly set this rental apart, however, was the hospitality. The hosts were incredibly responsive and available at all hours, especially when our flight was delayed for several hours, they came to check us in at 9pm, always going above and beyond to ensure our stay was perfect. Whether it was a late-night question or a last-minute request, they handled everything with warmth and professionalism. The location was ideal for exploring Bologna, yet the apartment felt like a peaceful retreat. If you're looking for a luxurious, stress-free stay in the city, look no further. We can't wait to return!

Everything was exceptional.

If you appreciate not just the amenities but the entire sensory experience, this apartment is a true gem. Every detail is crafted with artistry, designed to elevate both body and soul. From the stunning ambiance to the harmonious music, every moment feels curated just for you. The hosts are exceptional, providing attentive care that enhances your stay. Everything was flawless, and my only regret is that we could only stay for one night. No other accommodation in Tuscany comes close to this experience. Highly recommended!

Everything about this property was exceptional. The owners met us to provide a thorough and complete description of the apartment. They are such nice people. They even provided some goddies for us and the kids which included icecream !. The apartment itself was exceptional, spotless clean, spacious, well equipped and laid out. Parking was near on site. Wifi was 1 gb/sec speed as confirm with speed test. The various living spaces were temperature controlled with AC. This is a 6 star experience. I would highly recommend this facility.

The extremely generous space, the period furniture, and the overall feeling that you’re living in an old aristocratic world were truly impressive. The hosts were very attentive to our needs.

There is only one bathroom for four people — although it’s understandable, given that the building cannot be renovated. would have appreciated more storage space in the bathroom and the presence of shower gel, just to make things simpler and more convenient.

The 3rd party breakfast was good. The location excellent.

The access was a hassle. The elevator is scary. There were too many stairs and small ledges that were dangerous. The furnishings were old, shabby and depressing. The electric switches were rediculous and unfathomable. NO AIR CONDITIONING ? Incomprehensible in SUMMER at this price level - an embarrassment.

Amazing apartment and perfect hosts who went beyond and above to accommodate our wishes. Highly recommended.
