Great location near all the old city sites. Breakfast was excellent- a highlight. Zanarini cafe food & staff were of a high quality.

There is no onsite host or manager. The property is remotely managed . We received phone calls from Singapore & UAE. Access was stressful as the key was not available after 9 pm & our flights were delayed. Washing machine did not work. An offer to give our clothes to the cleaner was inappropriate for international travelers. As we departed the property on check out, a man appeared to tell us he was the property manager & we could have a free night stay on rebooking. A transport strike occurred on the day of departure & we appreciated that the host found a taxi for us, at our expense.

The owners are wonderful. They went out of their way to be helpful. Lovely people. Location is excellent. Very convenient.

It was extremely hot and humid during our stay. There is no air conditioning, except a portable machine that didn’t work well. We slept poorly because of the excessive heat, even with the windows wide open. There is no surround to the shower. It is a marble shower tray on a marble floor. Expect to be mopping up water with towels after you shower.

Fantastic hosts. I arrived late & they couldnt do enough to resolve getting me in. our phones were not working. breakfast in cafe was good. very comfortable luxurious suite

The location is fantastic. The apartment matched the pictures on the booking. Comfortable beds, clean, very convenient and bright kitchen. The owner was always in touch and answered our questions very quickly, helped us with everything.

There was no towel rack in the bathroom.

What made our stay magnificent was Ugo and Daniella! We hope if you stay here you will also get to meet them. They will share so much with you. The apartment itself was huge and very classic with furnishings. The breakfast they also provided us was absolutely amazing, personalised and plentiful. They also went out of their way to give us a cake to celebrate my birthday (nice surprise).

The bed was not the most comfortable we have slept in our travels.
