Welchome Charming House

Great room in a very nice area close to the Reggia. Full of restaurants, bars, and shops.

The room itself was very comfortable. The linens and quality was outstanding! I slept very well. This is a property trying hard and the work/design was appreciated.

The check-in was messed up. I didn’t receive the email to check in until the day of check in. Traveling I never got the email until in the room. The bathroom smelled of mold and I had to air out.

Perfect location just in the center of Caserta, close to restaurants, walking distance from the palace and from the Main Street. well designed and very comfortable Silvie was a great hostess. helped us when we stuck in the elevator, booked a table in a great restaurant and connected us to a local in order to get tickets to a football game.

- the apartment located on the 4th floor with a very inconvenient, small elevator. we had to carry our luggage up by ourselves - it’s actually a complex of 3 apartments with a small lobby. thin walls, hear everything from the outside - the garage is about 5-6 minutes walking, not very comfortable with luggage and kids.

The place where breakfast is served is close, it was a good service the only bad thing for me is that I am use to eat protein in the morning, like eggs, not used to eat bread and coffee only. It is the custom though, in Italy. The owner helped us with several needs she was very helpful. The beds were good, comfortable enough to have a good night sleep. Room number two is beautiful decorated !

The lift is a bit of a challenge if you are afraid of heights, but you can figure out how to send your suitcases without you going in to the fourth floor. From anywhere in Italy, when using a Taxi please ask for a note with the fixed price in it and be sure that it is a fixed price with or without traffic etc.

Very nice room with a modern design, all clean, comfortable shower. Very stylish entrance (there are 3 rooms, completely separated)

The parking is 5 minutes away and costs 13 EUR / day. The elevator in the building is very small.
