perfect location. very central with many shops and restaurants close by.

The lift is amusingly slow

The rooms were beautifully furnished and it was clear the the outmost care had been taken to make it as comfortable and pleasant as possible. The cleanliness was impeccable. The host was available, friendly and really helpful. I don't think anything else could have been done to make it a better stay. The price point may be higher than average but in this case, you really do get that extra special touch.

Location central and access simple and instructions clear. Room a good size and quiet. Bed comfortable. Parking (extra paid to attendant) was fairly convenient but a 5min walk from the residence.

Room not quite as described: no bidet, no coffee maker (just a kettle), no separate entrance, not what I would call a landmark or city view from balcony. The pictures were accurate. Bathroom cramped, safety deposit box too small for 13" laptop. Breakfast at nearby cafe was disappointing. The voucher allowed for tea/coffee, croissant and juice. Between us we had 2x coffee, 1x small tart and 1x fruit salad and were charged extra. The room is on the 4th floor and there is a lift but it is very small - the host recommended one person at a time or to just use it for luggage and take the stairs. We managed to fit two in plus luggage but it was intimate.

Owner is super🥰. Whatsupp service at any time and so friendly and kind. Room was 10+ and location super😊

Excellent accommodation in a beautiful little town. Family, tourist trip and we all enjoyed in Caserta. Very clean. Great location. Very hospitable hosts. Very modern room like on the photos...Everything was perfect!

Room and location

Owner charged us € 190 for a missing renote control that never was in the room. Not one single reaction on our reply. Room is nice, owner is terrible.

The bed, the cleanliness, the bath. Very nice bath-products with shampoo and hair-mask. Great location, safe part of the city. The air-condition was modern and silent. I slept veru well. It was cleaned every day. Tv with netflix etc. Very modern room, exactly like on the photos. Would always come back.

Absolutely nothing!

we had a beautiful room, very clean and a comfortable shower. a great location in Casserta, straight in the heart of all the shops and restaurants, but also real close to the palace.

Parking was a bit of hassle and could have been explained a bit better, since we do not speak italian. There was no actual staff meeting us, all interaction was through whatsapp, felt a little unpersonal and nobody really to ask for advice or recommendations. breakfast was disapointing and very minor in a cafe nearby.
