"Compact with lots of little touches"

Straightforward to access from city, walking distance to Newmarket shops. Compact unit, warm inside and good curtains to block out street light. Lots of little touches: chocolate, rug over floor tiles and inside shoes provided. Breakfast included was a nice touch, tasty cereal and toast. Straightforward to access the premises and clear instructions

Wasn't sure what to do with dirty breakfast dishes as no kitchen sink. Like 99% of places I've stayed at, bedside lamps insufficient for middle aged eyes to read by lol, however overhead room light has switch reachable from the bed

Great to have a few small items for breakfast, made starting off our day great. Considering the location, we thought it would have been loud, but it was pleasantly quiet.

Great location, 5 minutes walk to the train station. All the shops nearby.

A bit noisy, because it’s on main road.
