Great location compact but very comfortable

We loved everything about the property

Very close to the clinic I needed to go to. En suite. Bed was good but needed lighter bedclothes Decor pleasant Outside area great Good curtains Wifi Basic supplies for drinks, muesli

V little flexibility about check out time. Not having hooks for clothes and towels in the bathroom. no sink in the kitchenette for dishwashing.

Very good location, close to restaurants and Newmarket Station. It's unusual to have breakfast in self-catering, so that was a nice touch.

Washing up facilities weren't great.

The facilities were very clean and tidy, Well provisioned

Communication. We arrived on site expecting a reception area, I didn't realise it was a BnB. There wasn't any communication as to where the unit entry actually was. A very nice Asian couple helped us out but there was a bit of communication issue as they didn't speak english so communication was via a translator app on his phone. I wasn't sure if they were staff I had no idea where the key to the room was or where to leave it when we left. I had asked for a ground level room as I was on crutches so there was a bit of an issue to get up the front step which was about 400mm high.

The room was clean . The accommodation was about 200 meters walking distance from Westfield mall. Parking was included in the accommodation at the rear of building.

The bathroom was a little on the narrow side but was clean.

Fantastic location and facilities- not often you can get a pad like this so close to the city.

Location, breakfast was a bonus, outside area, facilities.

Bathroom steamy, face cloths would have been good.
