Nice, clean, well-appointed room and courtyard close to the centre of Newmarket.

Check-in was a problem as the lock box code didn't work, but after a while, the owner met me to let me in.

The room was clean, the bed was very good, and the shower was excellent. Good location as it is also close to the train station. Vivien was responsive and helpful when we had to collect our luggage a bit later than planned. Will surely recommend her place to others visiting Auckland.

"Self Check-In & Out, clean comfortable perfect for a short city fix"

Self Check-In & Check-Out, great Location for Shopping with Train Station close by, Eye Institute less than 5 min walk away, Modern clean flat with heat pump/aircon, small kitchenette and simple brekkie provided. Happy to recommend and stay again. Thanks Vivien :)
