"Very good especially for person who enjoys personal stay without being bothered by others."

It is so close to Train station, New Market, only 2 minutes by walk. Also a big shopping center is located in several minutes walking area. It is very convenient facility.

If a washing machine is facilitated in the out-side deck, it is very convenient for long-stay customer.

"Very quiet, peaceful and convenient location for those who rely on public transportation."

Hotel location is great.It is within walking distance to Newmarket train station. Opposite the hotel there is a very nice Vietnamese restaurant(closes till late,830pm) and you could also walk to a supermarket(Countdown) located in a mall nearby. Hop on the train to Britomart station(two stops away from Newmarket station) for more wide range of shopping and nice eateries.

Toilet was a little small for even a smaller-sized adult like myself.
