Clean and spatious.

Staff were friendly but there was only so much they could do about facilities or mold issues

- it was overall dirty, moldy mattress, grime on bathroom walls and moldy shower curtain, smelled of urine - power outage I can understand, but no water not in a hotel - one day at breakfast, the bread served was moldy, server just laughed it off We decided to cut our stay early, as we could not stay there in those conditions for the rest of our vacation to El Nido, went to another hotel. Of course no refund or anything from the hotel, citing their "cancelation policy"..

The staff were fantastic. The location was great

Nice pool area. Very comfortable bed.

Breakfast is pretty terrible. Sink in bathroom was blocked. Bathroom not particularly clean. Floor in room had not been swept under beds for a long period of time. As others have reviewed previously, submitted washing and items missing on return. Ultimately located the following today but only after we insisted that they look for it again.

The pool was refreshing and clean, probably the only accommodation at this price point with a pool. Our deluxe family room had a newish split system AC so it worked well. The young lady working on reception was so lovely and accommodating.

Unfortunately our ‘deluxe’ family room was anything but deluxe. The room was tiny, it’s supposed to be good for 7 pax however it was too small for our family of 5. There isn’t really anywhere to store bags except for one old wooden cupboard that barely opened. We ‘upgraded’ from a family room, the AC in that room was an older style one and didn’t really cool the room and was very noisy. The wifi is weak and 50% of the time didn’t work at all. The steel frame bunk bed was so incredibly unsupportive, it was like sleeping in a hammock. We ended up just putting the mattress on the ground to sleep - it was that bad! The breakfast food quality was appalling, it was barely edible. One morning it took over an hour to receive toast and butter. The location is not great, located close to Corong Corong beach, however it’s not a nice looking beach and not for swimming. It’s about 10 mins into El Nido Proper by tricycle. Not a lot of decent food choices walking distance.

Всего около 30 минут пешком до центра Эль-Нидо и до одного из лучших пляжей — Vanilla Beach. Хороший бассейн, где можно отлично расслабиться. С третьего этажа открывается потрясающий вид на море. В номере: отличный душ, новый кондиционер и уютная обстановка — всем четверым было очень комфортно размещаться. Команда великолепная — отзывчивая, доброжелательная и всегда готова помочь. Они помогли нам с экскурсиями и организацией трансфера из Пуэрто-Принцессы, что сделало наш отдых ещё легче и приятнее. Найти гостиницу с бассейном и таким расположением по такой цене просто невозможно — отличное соотношение цены и качества! Рекомендуем всем, кто ищет уютное, комфортное и выгодное место для отдыха у моря!
