St. John Island View Pensionne

Todo. Atencion a los huspedes. Desayuno, a la carta y buena cantidad. Habitaciones limpias y bien acondicionadas com aire acondicionado. Tienen bar para comprar refrescos y cervezas, infusiones gratuitas... Fuimos con un bebe y lo mejor fuea piscina! limpia y bien cosntruida. A 50m de Panorama Restaurant, donde hay piscina infinita y playa con puesta de sol... no se puede pedir mas! Tuvimos un problema: nos dejamos una tablet en la habitación cuando ya estabamos viajando a Coron. Hablamos con el hotel y nos dijeron que se aseguraban de que nos llegaria el dia siguiente con otro ferry 🙂

The staff was very accommodating, especially Cheryl, who really helped us book a car to make our inland and island tour more convenient—and at an affordable price.; pool was nice and a lot of choices on your breakfast.

What I really didn’t like was the toilet. When you use the shower, the water flows to the other side where the toilet is,

La ubicación y el personal

La zona de la piscina estaba llena de ratas más grandes que un Gato que se paseaban a partir de las 18 de la tarde a sus anchas Viajamos con un niño de 8 años y la verdad es que nos pareció muy peligroso para la salud de cualquier persona que las ratas se pasearan por toda la zona de la piscina con el riesgo para la salud que eso puedo acarrear Entendemos que puede ocurrir en zonas de playa pero lo que tienen en este hotel es un problema ya que lo que hay es una plaga . Además las habitaciones no estaban limpias, olían a humedad, había hormigas , y encía cortes de luz, si le añades que además el wifi no llegaba pues una decepción total. El personal es muy amable y la ubicación buena a tan solo 10 minutos de el nido town

Pool was lovely and staff were really attentive in switching on the fountains and bubbles every time we wanted to go in throughout the day. They would change our towels when we asked and give extra toilet rolls when needed too. Location was fine although a long walk to the town proper for us with 3 young kids. It was easy to get tricycles there and back however.

Lots of power cuts during the night which meant the AC and fan had stopped working and we woke up sweating a few times with no lights or power. I am assuming this was because of the weather. There were also a lot of ants in the room which spread onto the beds. Our 3 year old didn't get free breakfast and so we had to pay for the occasional breakfast even though our room said breakfast included.

Their service was at the highest level. Well trained staff. They even served me and my family the best they could and extend it with a perfect service. They never failed ti amazed me from the reception to the stadd rhey were all great. Not to mention that owmers were very accomidating. I really love this property. Im very glad rhat i celebrated my birthday here... thank u guys ill be back for sure
