Nice Location and good value for the money. Staff was really friendly.

- the near beach to view sunset - staff tries and is friendly (thats why I gave a 7) - included breakfast which was simple but okay - scooter rental on site (first two scooters had some defects though, but they changed/repaired quickly)

- selling ‚deluxe doublerooms with terrace and mountain view‘ which they don’t have is a no go for me - simple rooms which are too expensive for the offered standard, it‘s okay but don‘t expect too much - shower has almost no pressure

Basic facilities, nothing special. Adequate. Staff meant well. Be very careful when booking a trip as one was cancelled and very reluctant to pay money back took three times.of asking. The location was not brilliant but meant good for a walk. Food ok again basic.

The kindest, and most helpful staff, I've ever met. Very good location, just far enough from the noise of the town, but very close to the beach. The pool and the bar are very nice. We got a value for our money

Superfriendly and helpful staff! Of I ever go to El Nido again, I would sertainly choose this stay again!

Free breakfast - lots of options that you choose from the night before. Location is good for sunset - by outpost hostel and other bars (we recommend Republica) and the hotel has walking access to the beach. It's not in the main town but tuktuks are 100PHP per person each way. Can also book tours and buses slightly cheaper through the hotel.

On the last morning we had pre-ordered breakfast for 8am as we had a 9am bus and despite asking numerous times it came out 40 minutes late. The info on tours and buses wasn't clear - the pickups were often an estimated time despite what's written so we were worried about not being picked up. The rooms are basic, and it's not particularly the fault of the hotel, but there is a real noise issue. You will get woken by next-door's cockerels from 2am - yes 2am. But then added to that, we stayed on the ground floor backing onto the laundry area, I think the owners house is here? Because we heard an alarm go off every morning at 5am that wasn't picked up for ages. It's a shame we struggled with a few things here as the hotel could do better. Also we couldn't arrive on day 1 of booking as the ferries were cancelled but this couldn't be refunded.
