- hard to get in - non-functional windows - didn’t get invoice despite asking for it - not clean - sewer smell from shower

Posizione spettacolare, camera e bagno super spaziosi…ma personale praticamente mai visto, ultima Sera siamo rimasti senza carta igienica perché non sono venuti a rifare la camera

Personale inesistente, chiavi consegnate dalla ragazza del bar in una busta da lettera. Forte odore di vernice, la stanza situata in un secondo piano con accesso dopo alcune scale a scendere, buia e non pulita, pavimento sconnesso, balcone sigillato dalle inferriate, in caso di incendio sarebbe un grosso problema, phon assente, tv non funzionante, letto matrimoniale ad una piazza e 1/2, un disastro Se non fosse per la posizione eccellente. Non è mia abitudine fare recensioni negative Ma in questo caso sono rimasto deluso.

Migliorerei il bagno: metterei dei porta saponette, e porta saponi in doccia. Metterei delle finestre che si aprono per cambiare l'aria perché erano sigillate.

The owner canceled while I was on my way to the facility. Booking.com did not help to save the situation either: my calls were answered by AI which provided no solution to the problem. When able to speak to an agent , 3 of them of the many times I tried, the agents were from Singapore and none of them understood that without wifi, low battery and total desesperación at the time, I couldn't book on line if wifi was not available. I had told both the owner and Booking I was in a train with no reception, no wifi and my phone was running out of battery for which I had no means to go on line to book something last minute. I had to fight with the owner to provide an alternative property that was on a high floor. The whole night there were people drinking down the street, screaming on top of their lungs,, cars honking and to top it off the mini refrigerator in the room was humming all night long.

I didn't like that no one was sympathetic of my situation, no solution provided, and that after such a rough time I had been through, I could sleep all night.

Buenas ubicación. Predisposición del personal.

Limpieza a mejorar. La ventana con mayor ventilación (daba a la calle) no abría, sólo una ventana interna. Averiguamos por nuestra cuenta cómo entrar y salir (planta baja es una pizzeria, por lo que la recepción era en horario de atención al público. Fuera de ese horario, no hay nadie)

Bon hébergement dans le centre historique de Porto, non loin du fleuve Douro. Bon rapport qualité-prix.
