"Great location and fine place to stay for our three person group."

The location was wonderful. Steps away from Forsythe Park. Quiet neighborhood. Minutes walk to nice coffee shop and the free shuttle.

Not well appointed and cheaply done. The back yard and parking area is accessed thru the master bedroom downstairs. Combined Kitchen and very small living area (which could not nearly accommodate the number of people for 5 bedrooms) was on the second floor. Internet was spotty. There was no coffee pot, kitchen towels or paper towels.

"Worth the money comfortable stay."

The home was beautiful. Beds were comfortable. Loved the outdoor areas.

The upstairs bedrooms were cold at night. Turning up the heat upstairs did not help

Location, cleanliness, privacy

Wasn’t set up properly before we arrived. Dishwasher full upon arrival, no trash bags in any of the trash cans in the house

The historical aspect of the house made it very special. The home provided privacy with the bedrooms with en-suite bathrooms for our five couples and spaces for the 10 of us to have fun times together. The upstairs balcony overlooking the park was a great place to spend time together. It was a perfect trip.

Really cannot think of anything. The owner responded very quickly to questions we had and even stopped in to see if we needed anything.
