Breakfast was excellent, a great range of options - the smoked salmon, spinach and egg dish was delicious as was the homemade granola with compote and yoghurt. The room was spotlessly clean, spacious and comfortable. BJ and Hannah were lovely hosts, welcoming and very informative about walks in the area - they helped us to plan routes with up to date information about weather and conditions. The location was perfect for us - a short walk into town via the railway path & park for pubs and meals - and for hill walks just a short drive to walk up Catbells and another day we walked to Skiddaw from the B&B.

Really lovely BnB run by a lovely couple, the vegan and vegetarian breakfast options were amazing and the check in process was very quick and easy. Perfect place to stay for a few days in Keswick, would highly recommend.

"We were made very welcome by Hannah and BJ the breakfast was brilliant and thd venue was very warm."

It was delicious. The back was a bit steep as we didn’t realise there was a path we found that our second day.
