We had a wonderful stay with Hannah and BJ. They are such welcoming hosts, and their B&B is beautiful and cozy. It’s in a prime location for getting out and exploring the Lake District. Also, you cannot miss the breakfast, it was easily the highlight of our mornings. Highly recommended!

The breakfast is good and we really liked it. There were multiple options available. The location of the property is close to the Keswick town centre and also close to Derwent water.

Lovely owners, room was modern and clean. Good location just 20 minute walk into the centre. Good drink making facilities. Great breakfast.

There was only a very small tv in the room. As we were back in the room in the evening it would have been nice to have had a slightly bigger tv.

Beautiful property, double room overlooking the garden was a great size, comfortable bed with kettle to make your own tea / coffee. Great location too.

Beautiful accommodation. We really loved our stay here and woukd recommend to anyone. The room had everything you needed and was spotless. The breakfast was outstanding- one of the best b&b breakfasts I've had. The owners were really friendly & helpful.

We really liked everything about our stay. The only thing I could write here is that the double bed in our room was on the small side.
