Not a fan of the glass walled bathroom. Frosted glass would have been nice. No coffee in the room. Otherwise, wonderful!

P4 is absolutely amazing. the outside cover of the building was a bit worn and fooled us. P4 is a 10 star B&B. Beautiful, all modern systems, and romantic.

Great location, very helpful staff and an amazing room! Exceeded expectations. The breakfast was across the street and with tasty and rather big croissants and brioches!

The only downside was the parking (as everywhere there), the host "reserved" us a slot, however after leaving for a trip and coming back, we couldn't find any and went for the paid parking lot at the molo (17€/night, 1.50€/h.).

Perfect location. Staff extremely helpful, for example they reserved us a free parking space. The cafe where we had breakfast (Nuova Dolceria) is excellent, they make all their cakes, savory items and ice cream on the premises and the service is friendly.

Good location and comfortable bed

Breakfast was at the closest bar and it was not good at all - not many options and not so friendly staff. Also it felt very unpersonal. The hotel self felt also very unpersonal, a very cool atmosphere. The room had no views to outside. You could open a kind of window to a inner "shaft" , but there was not much of a ventilation/circulation of fresh air. And besides, with the window open there was a huge amount of mosquitoes inside!
