Todo. Claudio es un sol. La habitación es divina, bien decorada al detalle. La ubicación es perfecta. Minibar completo de cosas ricas. Acondicionamiento del cuarto de nivel. Lo super recomiendo.

Claudio was a very nice host. The room was spatiois and clean, it had everyhing we needed and more. It's very close to the archeological park. You can park your car in front of the apartment, which is great.

Longer walk to the old city.

Perfect place in every way. From the super comfy bed, to the snacks, to the clean rooms, to Claudio who was the perfect host, inviting me to see the view of the ruins on the other side of the street and gave me lots of tips where to go and how to get around. When the one day I was there the sky opened and flooded the street and the rain wouldn't stop, I found a raincape in front of my door. I enjoyed my stay there a lot and wished, I would have stayed longer. Hope to meet again, Claudio :) Thank you!

Home from home and so many little touches make this place totally stand out from many guesthouses that I have stayed at in my 30 plus years of travelling. The place is so clean and comfortable. The minibar stocked full of complimentary drinks. The little snacks (again free) offered amazing. Tea and coffee machines also in the room. The bed and sofa both totally comfortable. The host is so kind and helpful. Great directions to get to the free and safe parking area, only one minute from the place. Absolutely no issues with the bathroom or WiFi. Balcony a nice touch too. Just don't expect a view of the Greek ruins. They are on the other side. I kept the door to the balcony open all night and wasn't disturbed by any noise, which is remarkable when you consider the density of apartments around. Breakfast downstairs in the cafe works well and is typically Italian, coffee and pastry. Area felt very safe too me.

Okay, it is a hot 20 minutes walk to the Tempio di Apollo in Ortygia. But that's why it's such good value for money and has great parking. Some reasonable places to eat nearby; but not the mass of choice you get nearer to Ortygia. They are certainly cheaper though. View from my room was of the car park rather than ruins; however as the ruins are bordered by a busy, noisy road, my aspect was much quieter.

The room gives you the feeling of a 5-star hotel. Fully equipped, even with swing kit and slippers. The owner Claudio very friendly, greeted us with 1 bottle of wine in addition to all the snacks found in the room. I have never encountered such attention to detail, the room was tastefully and elegantly decorated. Bravo and thanks for the stay.

The location was excellent. We were across the street from the Neapolis Archaeological Park of Syracuse.
