Хорошее расположение для городского отдыха, приятный вид с балкона на маленькую уютную площадь, не колодец. Хорошая организация поселения и выезда, мы приехали рано, нас заселили на 3 часа раньше. В номере есть все что нужно. Есть угловой диван Кухня общая на несколько номеров со всем необходимым.

Балкон узкий, можно только стоять. Но это особенности архитектуры этого региона. Если кто-то планирует сидеть на балкончике, то не получится.
