Great host. Good value for money. Comfortable property

Difficult to stay out late as the host has to let you in.

I've got probably the largest room at the property with classy, atmospheric furniture, large bed, table and armchairs inside the room and on the veranda attached to the room itself. Probably one of the most comfortable rooms I ever stayed at for that price. Very tasty breakfast and friendly staff.

Accomodating staff, gave us an early breakfast before we were picked up for safari and let us leave the baggage there.

Not much storage in the room we stayed in

The breakfast was lovely and the staff were friendly and helpful. I was allowed to have a very late checkout because my bus back to Dar es Salaam was only at 9:30pm.

Everything was mostly clean but there could be a bit more effort as there are dogs (very sweet dogs) who put their paws on the dining room table.

My room was to the right from the reception. It had a large bed and was cleaned daily. The shower water was also hot. The receptionist was cordial and doubled up as the chef. It's true what they day about the freshly made to order breakfast here. The dogs in the compound were welcoming as well. I had late nights and the guard was always available to let me in. The house is also close to the main road which is a plus.

The house exchange rate USD to TZ shillings was 2700 and not the 2300 that matched my Kenya shillings cost computed by booking.com . So instead of paying around Ksh 9k ended up paying 10k. Best to check that before you check out.

The breakfast was proper as it include fruits. Times for breakfast was flexible which is convenient for the visitors.

Rooms were not cleaned daily

There are dogs that move all over and sometimes makes one uncomfortable. Someone with an allergy could suffer
