The location is perfect - next to Mountains and 10 min. walk from main street. Rooms was cleans and comfortables. Beds were super comfortables. Quiaet place. Brekfest was normal continental. We had acces to termal pools in city. That was perfect bonus afrer haiking in mountains. Hotel have spa zone too and it is included in price. Staff was nice.

Sparklingly clean and breakfast were very very good! Perfectly positioned for walking into the hills. We loved it.

Location is great: 15 min on foot to the center, surrounded by wood. Karczma nearby is marvelous: super tasty and not overpriced. Ladies on reception are very nice snd helpful. There are parking slots available.

Breakfast is poor. Not very clean room (hair on pillows). Spa and fitness center are just small room with a few exercise machines, small pool and non-working jakuzzi, on weekend works from 16 which is very inconvinient.

Location is great, good parking as well, staff very friendly, it is about 10min walk to town which is great.

rooms were nice, beds were terrible bathroom was smelly and flush barely worked,dinner for the half board limited, if you have food limitations don't dinner there.

Uncomfortable stay due to faulty heating. During our visit from Nov 15-17, the room was freezing on the first night, with no functioning radiators. Despite reporting it, we were told to “manage” as no technician was available, and no alternative room was offered. Repairs were made the next day, but the room remained cold. Very disappointing service.
