Sehr einfaches Zimmer, geringe, aber ausreichende Ausstattung

Wir hatten den Eindruck, im Haus gab es keine Vermieter. Alles wurde von einer Zentrale im Nebenhaus geregelt.

Najlepsze miejsce w Zakopanem: czysto, spokojna cicha ulica, blisko szlaku, świetne wyżywienie.

Nie mam żadnych zastrzeżeń

Very little

I am season traveller spending 50% of each year overseas travelling and I take little pleasure in providing this review. This would have to be the worst hotel I have ever booked through booking.com the double room we have is nothing like the room in the pictures not 20sq m we are in. Room on the 2nd floor and there is no lift, this is not stated on the info additionally the bathroom sink will not drain and they cant fix until tomorrow after we have gone so now we have to use the sink in the room next door we wanted to eat dinner at this hotel however we are told unless we state so by 10:30am as we check in at. 3 pm how can you retell them by 10:30am we can’t, When they write to you confirming they say “ You can order additional meals - dinner on site at the reception” again no mention by 10:30 nor of this in the booking how the property gets a 8.9 is beyond me, clearly we are not staying in the right part of this hotel Door to fridge cupboard will not close Raised these issues when checking out and was questioned as to why we did not raise them the day before, which we did on more than one occasion each time told there was nothing they could do Had contact from hotel more or less saying I shoul d have raised the issue before, how could I when the issues are only present on arrival Would not recommend this property
