The reception is located in Pensjonat Biały Potok, at 7 Droga Do Białego Street. If Willa Pan Tadeusz hosts few guests, breakfast might be served in Pensjonat Biały Potok. Please note that the parking is for passenger cars only. Please note that city tax needs to be paid in cash at the front desk. Please note that for stays for 7 days and more guests can enjoy unlimited pass to Termy Zakopane. For stays 2-6 days guest will receive daily unlimited relaxation in thermal pools, and on the 1st day 2-hour relaxation in the pools. The Spa and Recreation Center, the Rehabilitation and Health Center and the Children's Playroom located in the Biały Potok will be closed from 01.03.2026 to 30.04.2026. If you require an invoice when booking a prepaid rate, write this and your company details in the Special Requests box. Please inform of your expected arrival time in advance. You can use the Special Requests box when booking, or contact the property directly using the contact details in your confirmation. Guests are required to show a photo ID and credit card upon check-in. Please note that all Special Requests are subject to availability and additional charges may apply. Guests under the age of 18 can only check in with a parent or official guardian.
