The hosts were very friendly and generous and the over all ambience at the property was serene and peaceful , will definitely stay again.

Nothing as such, but there is a lot of scope for upgradation.....

We met Bhagyashree who runs the home stay with her family. She was very friendly, helpful, transparent about the rooms and rates and extremely proactive. The place is very well maintained, clean, spacious and it has lovely lawns and orchard. The room is very comfortable and we had the best hand beaten coffee served to us.

Reall nice room, one of the really clean ones I had in India, staff was also helpful and nice to me.

The area in which this establishment is, is not the best in Dehradun I think.

What a beautiful property and such amazing owners/staff who run the show. I booked for just one night for my solo trek with Trekup India, and I wish I had more days to enjoy this beautiful property. It is located in the hustle and bustle of the city mandi, but yet it felt like I was somewhere in the middle of a forest. They have this huge garden space, surrounded by trees and beautifully maintained garden. I had to get some trekking gears, and the owners went out of the way to drop me to the right place. They made sure I had the best room with a view, ultra clean and very, very comfortable... I slept like a baby. Thank you for your amazing hospitality. You are in the right business. May your cult grow 🙏

1. Mattress needs turning around/changed - sloping a bit to one side.

We stayed at the Cocoon before and after our hike with India hikes and we’re super happy with our choice. On our way back we stayed in the newly renovated room which was very comfortable and luxurious, definitely worth the extra charge. But what truly sets this place apart is the care from the owner. It’s rare these days to see such a genuine care for a customer and their needs. She made our lives easier every step of the way - help with printing, laundry, taxi, we even got some cookies when leaving :) I would highly recommend this place if you’re visiting Dehradun.

The place is still located close to the busy road but the garden helps with the noise.
