The hotel is located in the midst of nature. It's inside the town but has it's own natural beauty around it. Beautiful to spend time indoors & outdoor.

It's calm & serene

Good location and potential to be a nice property if the only the hosts are more upfront and don’t use deception.

This property is under renovation with half the rooms renovated and other rooms literally have plaster peeled off the walls. As soon as I walk in the host shows me a room with peeled plaster on the walls and proceeds to tell me that this is the boutique room I booked. But if I were to pay 40% more she has a better room for me. It really upset me but since it was getting late in the night I chose to take the expensive room and bargained the price down a bit. They also wanted me to cancel the booking on Booking.com so they get out of payment to Booking.com. Otherwise the host was very civil and polite but this deception really put me off.

I really appreciated the thoughtfulness and helpfulness of the host, which made it much more than just a stay in another hotel or hostel. I liked the way that the accommodation is back from the road. Tasty breakfast. Also a good location for me to head out to Mussorie. Although only breakfast is provided, I was happy to order in food after a day of site seeing.

Location perfect for IndiaHikes meeting point next morning at 6.30am. Quiet place. Felt safe.

If the hot water geyser had worked, and I did not need to have a cold-water bath at 6am, the stay would have been perfect. The owner did say turn it on early, at least half an hour before, I waited an hour.
