Lovely modern well maintained.

Our room was on the small side. It had 2 chairs which made it tight for space getting round the bed. The mini fridge was noisy sounded like a bathroom fan running. I unplugged it at night as it was keeping me awake.

Cleanliness was simply outstanding. Very very friendly host/Owner. All areas looked newly decorated. Exceptional. So quiet. Excellent breakfast expertly executed

Tirah House is an outstanding B&B; the quality of the accommodation, the breakfasts are exceptional, as is Karen's evident desire for the guests to have a first-class stay. The location was perfect for easy access to Suffolk and the countryside, which we discovered on our first morning just on the other side of the road, with walks through woods and wetlands.

There is nothing to dislike!

Exceptionally clean tidy and well equiped. Owner was really pleasant and helpful.

The Sky television system was erratic and a challenge to operste.

QUite little Bed & Breakfast off the beaten track. Well presented and friendly, ample parking, very good breakfast, exactly what we where after.

Last Breakfast slot on a Sunday was 09:15 - would have been nice to have the option of a slightly later option? Room was good and came with a mini fridge to keep the milk for coffe\tea cold - but made a little bit of noise?
