The owner is a delightfully sensitive personality and extremely well organised. The proximity to Aldeburgh, The Red House and Snape Maltings is perfect for handiness to all. Parking is very good too. Other guests are delightful - many people return. Ordering breakfast the evening before works perfectly.

The buzz of the tiny fridge in our room would have kept me awake but we decided not to have milk left in the room and switched it off to resolve the issue. As a keen photographer I am always charging batteries and it is useful to take an extension lead with me because there is often a shortage of sockets.

The host, room, facilities ie shower etc all excellent The breakfast was amazing so much to choose from. I could not of asked for anything better Would definitely recommend and use again Thank you Karen
